Help with JotForm and my website?

    I'm trying to use jotform on this website Logo Design UK but I'm having a little bit of trouble. can you take a look and help me out with what I need to do. Thanks in advance.

    We apologize for inconvenience. I checked on your website page but I was not able to find the JotForm form.

    Can you please guide us on the steps where to see the embedded form.

    Addition :

    I also noted that there was actually no form yet on your account. You may want to create the form first using the Form Builder.
