Our Daily COVID screening form is not working

    This morning, our daily COVID screening form is showing a 502 Gateway and an Unusually high traffic warning we our students, faculty, and staff are trying to fill it out to enter campus.


    The form is referenced below.

    Similar issue- all of our HIPAA enabled Jotforms are offline. Mix of bad gateway errors, site can't be reached, other issues.
    Support- it's still down. Verifying as I'm typing this.
