    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. Are you still having the same issue? I did test your last edited form "Form H: Progress Note" by sending a test submission and gateway error was not displayed. I was able to submit form successfully.

    I would suggest you to please try again and get back to us if the issue persists, we will escalate it to our backend team.
