Server down for HIPAA accounts

    I continue to get emails saying the server is down for HIPAA forms. It is down again this morning. Is there going to be a permanent fix?

    We just received an update from our backend team. This problem has been fixed. It's a database connection problem on our end. Kindly check again, and let us know if the issue persists.
