HIPAA Account: Users are complaining that they aren't able to use any of my forms

    When trying to investigate the issue myself, I am getting this attached error. I have also been told of "bad gateway" errors.

    I rely on Jotform for my employees to do COVID health screenings, so when they can't complete them, they can't enter the building. I need to be able to count on this service being up, or I am going to have to find an alternative product.

    Is there anything I should be doing to better support my efforts?

    Our apologies for the inconvenience.

    We have recently received reports from our developers that there was some backend issue with HIPAA accounts and that they have fixed it. I would suggest doing a test on your end and update this ticket if the issue persists.
