Why did my coupon not work?

For my Feb 5-6 workshop a participant signed up Feb 3 or 4 for $400 and was unable to use the coupon code I shared with them early bird for $50 discount. Why didn't it work, what do I need to change for the future?

I noticed that the form has coupons with no limit.

You can try setting the coupon limit and it show the number of uses remaining, and make adjustments as needed if the coupons going to run out. This way you can track is the coupon used or not.

But it didn't work, he said. I don't know what reason he got for it not
working, or even if he did it correctly.
Is there any reason it would NOT work?
I tried several routes and could not get screen shots or download what you
need.

Apologize for the inconvniance this may have caused.

Your coupon code "early bird" was not valid, because the coupon codes cannot contain a space character. The space character will be omitted when you apply the coupon code.

Next time please use coupon codes without a space character.
