    For the last 2 days our office has been getting a message explaining we have no access to print our forms. We are getting emails that patients are submitting them online though.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

    The issue was reported to our backend team. We have received an update from our team just now that the issue was caused due to database connection. Our developers have already fixed the issue.
