I keep getting error message "Temporarily back-end Unavailable".

    I've been trying to finish a webform since last week, and every time I edit it or try to preview it, I keep getting error messages. Is there something going on? What's the estimated resolution time? Thanks!

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. Please note that we did have a technical glitch earlier today, but it is already resolved by our backend team.

    Are you still having this issue? I would suggest you to please try again and get back to us if the issue persists.

    We will wait for your response.

    I took those screenshots this morning, right before I sent you the message. And I'm still having this issue, just tried again. I am also now having clients reach out to me, saying they cannot upload their forms we require. They get the same error message we do.

    I am sorry for the trouble cased to you. I am not sure why you are still having this issue when it is already resolved by our backend team.

    Hello,

    I apologize for the inconvenience.

    JotFrom's HIPAA environment got high traffic because of the vaccine practice of the COVID-19 pandemic and this caused some forms to be crashed. All necessary precautions have been taken by our DevOps team to prevent Jotform from future downtimes.

    Thanks for the follow-up, we appreciate it.

    We've had several clients unable to complete their forms because of this, where they fill out forms, and then it won't let them submit (citing an 504 error). Would this issue have affected this? If so, do we need to "reset" the form somehow? What's our next move to make sure our clients can get us the information they need?
