Hi, thank you for contacting JotForm support.
Are you perhaps referring to the Company Name Field?
If so, kindly add the field to the PDF template on the PDF Editor.
Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/384-how-to-customize-pdf-submissions-report
Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

jonshrievesReplied on February 9, 2021 at 12:22 PMFantastic! Thank you for this helpful hint.
Just to be clear, changes made in the PDF editor will only change what is displayed in that format?
Thanks,

jonshrievesReplied on February 11, 2021 at 12:33 PMStill having trouble. The Company Name field is displaying within the PDF Editor but not displaying on the submitted PDF in Dropbox after the submission is made. I have orders for customers that I don’t know which company they belong to if receiving via dropbox only.
Also I made a few changes to my form in the PDF editor and it mimicked those changes to the published form. I was to understand that PDF edit only edit the PDF? Not true?
Thanks,

Hi Jon,
Apologize for the inconvniance this may have caused.
Edits that are made on PDF Document will non be mimicked on your live form. However, I saw that you also have a Fillable PDF Form in PDF Editor. Changes that are made on a Fillable PDF form will be mimicked on your live form. So, I can only assume that you edited the Fillable PDF Form instead of the PDF Document.
I also saw that the Company Name is not shown in PDF Document.
Please add a new Company Name to the PDF Document. You can also create a new PDF Document, which will have all form fields by default.

It appears I've made the necessary desired changes however I still seem to be missing the first field of my form in the submitted PDF’s. Its present when the form is filled out, its also visible on the tables, and its also present when I pull up the form under the different editors, just not when the copy is submitted to dropbox.
Thanks,
Jon Shrieves

I noticed that you have added the Company Name field to the PDF Document, but it is not populated with the submission data value.
Could you kindly try my colleague advise to create a new PDF Document, which will have all form fields by default, and let us know how it goes.
Thank you. Regards.

Hi,
I cloned the form, added a test submission data, and created a new PDF Document, which have all form fields and all the values are populated.
Please kindly give it a try, create a New PDF Document, which will have all form fields by default, and let us know how it goes.
Regards.

Could you please test submit the form to see if the updated document is being sent to Dropbox?
