    Similar issue- all of our HIPAA enabled Jotforms are offline. Mix of bad gateway errors, site can't be reached, other issues.

    Greetings,

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

    We had an Issue that was occurred because of a Database connection problem.

    Our backend team has recently fixed the issue and the forms should be working fine.

    Kindly check again and if the issue still persist, could you please share with us screenshots? And we will forward this ticket to our backend team.
