I’d like to share the jotform inbox with one of my employees and only give him the right to access the submissions of a specific form. He should be able to edit the form submissions (make comments on the right hand sight and move submissions to the archive and trash). He shouldn’t be able to access submissions from others forms nor change any account settings. Can you please tell me if this is possible and how to do it.
In fact I’m asking for a user management solution where you can give certain rights to members of your organization. I read in your forum that you changed your sub user policy and promoting the enterprise license but it would be great to have this feature for smaller companies with silver or gold status as well in order to improve the workflow.
Another option would be to generate a public link where anonymous users have the rights to edit the form submissions and prevent abuse with a simple password protection.
Thank you!
Greetings

You may click on the Share button in your inbox submission to share your inbox via Email.
You can then click on the settings to change the permissions.
You can set it to Collaborator, to allow the user to edit and comment on the data. Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
