Images not being able to be opened

    Hello,


    My staff is having issues opening up the images that are attached to the forms we receive from our customers. I have attached a screenshot. Can you please advise?

    Hello! By default, uploaded file URLs can only be opened by account owners. As your staff needs access to these uploaded files as well; you can allow this by disabling the privacy setting "Require log-in to view uploaded files." from your account settings page.
