Не срабатывает редирект по заполнению формы

Здравствуйте.

Есть набор из 3 форм:

1) https://form.jotform.com/210391647956060

2) https://form.jotform.com/210391393578058

3) https://form.jotform.com/210390878972063

У всех трех механизм редиректа по сабмит сделан одинаково, на стороне приема обработка также одинакова.

Но формы 1 и 2 срабатывает Ок, а вот форма 3 - зависает на Please, wait - при этом ничего не происходит.

Не можем понять причину такого поведения, то есть непонятно, где искать проблему.

Буду благодарен за совет.

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your form but could not test it by sending a test submission as your dropdown field "Assign Passenger to the Room" has no option to select, and it is a required field. Please check the screenshot below:

Your custom widget seems to be conflicting with the Terms and Condition widget. But if you remove the terms and condition widget, your custom widget displays an error.

I'm afraid you'll have to correct this in your widget to fix the problem.
