Weiterleitung einer Nachricht

    Hallo JotForm-Team,

    im kostenfreien "Startet" ist es möglich für ein Formular eine Weiterleitung zu hinterlegen. Bei einem zweiten Formular erhält man die Message => To use multiple recipients, please upgrade your account.

    Wieviele Weiterleitungen kann man bei den kostenpflichtigen Pakten "Bronze", Silber oder Gold hinterlegen?

    Greetings Mathias.

    With a paid account, you can have up to 5 recipients in the Notification, however, you can create unlimited notifications, all of them can have 5 recipients.

    Hi Bojan, to make sure => I plan a dropdown field with 100 receivers. For every receiver a need a separate notification to hand off every request to an individual receiver. Thanky for your replay. BR, Mathias

    Yes, that's possible. The recommended recipient emails limit per email notification is 10 so you have to create 10 email notifications with 10 recipient emails each if you want it to be sent to 100 emails per submission.

    You mean, you want to put 100 recipients in a dropdown and change the recipient of the notification based on selected option in the dropdown?

    If that is the case, you can use the assign calculation value feature in the dropdown and assign an email address to each option. You can then use the dropdown as the recipient in your notification/autoresponder.

    Fine ... but I must fill out the field " Recipient Email" with a fix value. Or can I fill the field the "recipient Email" with a flexibel value from the dropdown if I upgrade my account to an pay account?1612946803_60239d733aed0_10.02.png

    Hi Mathias_Wolter,

    On Email notifications, the Recipient E-mail: This should be the email for you, your colleagues, or clients who'll get the response data from your form.

    On an Autoresponder, the Recipient E-mail: This should be the person's email who fills out your form. It is attached to your email field from your form.

    You can add up to 10 Email recipients if you upgrade to a paid plan. Free plan users are allowed are not allowed to add more than 1 recipient.
