getting 404 error when opening files in the email

Hi! I am forwarding a mail. I have created two forms for my client. When
someone attached files in from these files link is not opening. It gives
404error.
The forms links are following

May we know if you have this issue when viewing the file attached when you're logged to your account?

The issue could be with your account privacy.
