HIPAA: Back End Server error message

    Good Morning-

    Currently someone on our team is getting this response for last day and half when they try to enter jotforms. What should she do. As I and others are not experiencing this issue.

    Has there been an updates on this as we are still having issues. She is able to open jotforms in Microsoft Edge but not in google chrome?

    Hi Addy,

    We've not received an update from the developers yet. If she is able to access it on Edge but not on Chrome then it could be related to cache. Could you please try to open this in Chrome Incognito Window?
