Is it possible to set up multi users with the HIPAA version?

We are looking for a way to manage the submissions for vaccine appointments on a per location basis. Based on the location a patient specifies, we'd like to redirect those submissions to a site-specific inbox, instead of the admin inbox in Jot form. If this isn't possible, is it a way to set up multi users to access the form submissions from within the admin inbox or redirect the submissions in a secure way?
