    Hi, here, at Bloor Dentistry, the Jotform website it's not working today, Feb 9th 2021. Any idea how long? Thank you!

    It seems that the website is functioning correctly at the moment and I am able to access my test account without any issues. Can you kindly elaborate on the issue that you are experiencing?

    Are there any error messages that you see? Or is the website stalling while you try to log in?

    We keep getting a message “Temporary Backend Unavailable” It is not allowing us to receive our New Patient Forms and is becoming frustrating. Can you please tell us what we need to do to fix this issue.
