Conditional logic: Why is my condition not working?

Hi,

I'm trying to calculate shift hours and keep running into an issue.

I'm using Form calculation to get the hours and then using conditions to calculate up ahead based on two conditions.

It is not working for CSR 7 again as it did for others before.

I had to redo it few times to get it to work.

Just wondering what am I doing wrong.

I'm using number cell and short text for others.

Does that make a difference in this case.

Please advise.

Hi Kirpal,

Currently, it looks like the duration is not forwarded to the "CSR Lead Shift Hours" field, which is why the condition is not working, as it has no value.

If you set the duration to be calculated to the shift hours field, the condition you have set up should work.
