JotForms HIPAA down again

    Hi guys,

    For the last few months we have been experiencing increasingly frequent downtimes with Jotforms. Over the last 48 hours it's gotten very, very bad. Many of my doctors depend on getting these forms. When it's out for a few hours it makes a huge difference in their practices. they cant see their covid forms, they cant bring patients into the practice. I can't tell you how many calls I get when you go down. I have privately messaged for months and gotten the same "we are so sorry our server was down" response. At this point, it's an everyday thing and that cant happen. I would urge you to figure out the issues. I think many of us are depending on you and I personally really like using your forms, but the reliability is becoming a huge factor.

    Can you please tell me if you have fixed these issues or if I should look to another provider?

    We apologize for this inconvenience. We had a temporary back-end issue with HIPAA accounts earlier, but this was solved. Can you please test your forms and let us know if the issue is fixed at your end? I opened your forms here, but they loaded with no problem.

    The forms are good now. This has been a problem for months. Are you confident in the fix?

    After submitting forms we get a 504 error about 50% of the time and then when i tried to just get into my account I got that other error. This is killing my business. I have had to move many of my clients tonight, Its been going on for months with literally every day issues.
