I cannot enter my info in any of the blanks. What are the steps. Simply stated please

    Unfortunately, I am not sure what you are referring to in your question. May we know what "blanks" you are trying to fill?

    I have reviewed your form titled New Customer Registration Form and I found that the form is working correctly. I am able to fill in all of the fields on the form and there does not seem to be an issue.

    Please test your form again and let us know if you need further assistance.
