How do I get my form to submit a pdf copy automatically to myself and the Submitter? I made the form from scratch but it does't convert it into a pdf when the form is submitted. Why not?

If you want to receive a PDF document with submitted data, you need to create a PDF document and attach it to the Email Notification. You should also attach it to the Autoresponder Email if you want to send it to your users.

You can send the submission PDF to the form submitter using the form Autoresponder Email.
Just like how you did in the Notification Email, you can enable the PDF Attachment option in the Autoresponder Email.
The form respondents/submitter will be able to get the PDF attachment via the email address they provided in the form through the Autoresponder Email.

Your autoresponder is configured correctly, could you please let us know if we can send a test submission to the form to test it from our end?

I submitted your form and I received the Autoresponder Email with the attached PDF document, but without submitted data.
When PDF is downloaded from the PDF Editor it has the submitted data.
Please delete the Autoresponder Email and create a new one to see if that will resolve the issue.
