They managed to show up once or twice in Gmail (albeit with brackets still showing), but not once when I sent to Yahoo.

Please let me know of any solutions to this problem.

    Thanks and regards,

    D

    Hi,

I can get the link to insert on the test mail; however, it does not show up when I send via the link embedded in my site. Your colleague mentioned that the title of the link needs to be the same as the link text. I tried this without success and I also followed your instructions to change the sender email address to the default ones. Please let me have specific instructions on how ensure my link shows up on my email. This is now extremely urgent.
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    D

    Hi there,

I cloned your form and tested it here. I am able to received your custom autoresponder with links to your website. It works just fine on my end.

Is this the issue you are referring to? This is the form I've checked and cloned. http://www.jotform.me/form/33101473814446

Can you please test it again and confirm if the issue is now resolved? So far, I don't encounter any issues with the autoresponder on my side.

    Thanks!
