Card Form: Review before Submit not working on Safari

    I am trying to trouble shoot, if it's a browser specific issue? Are there browser limitations?

    I am using HIPAA version

    Hello Brian,

    Regarding the browser inquiry, generally we don't have limitations with the current modern browsers.

    Actually we've been reported that we had a problem with our HIPAA backend and it should be solved by now, to be more specific, we need to know if the issue that you are facing is still persistent till now or it's recovered, and if it is still occurring we need to know the error messages or what type of the interruption that you are getting, and if the issue is related to a certain form or all of your forms, this would help us much to investigate the problem.

    From what I can tell (and still happening) is safari cannot get past the review and submit. It lets them fill it out but can't click the review and submit....I can get this to replicate on my phone every time.

    The appointment maker seems to hang for Firefox

    I was able to replicate the issue on Safari: - it's stuck even after multiple clicks. I tried clearing the form caches but to no avail.

    However, I can't seem to replicate it on Firefox:


    I am sending this now to our backend team for further investigation. We shall keep you posted here for updates.
