How can I get the changes I have made to my form updated onto the associated pdf file?

I have made some edits to my form but cannot seem to find any way to update the associated pdf file. I don’t want to import an entirely new pdf I just want the edits I made to the existing file to be reflected in the pdf that my customers will be downloading. Please help!

    Hello Amy,

Thank you for contacting JotForm Support.

I have reviewed the form you have shared with us and I can see the changes you have made to the dates under the "Breaks" section. Please note that changing the text on your online form will not reflect on the Original PDF that is linked to your form.

The Original PDF can not be edited via JotForm, it can only be uploaded as it is to link to your online form. If you want to see the "breaks" date changes on your Original PDF, you will need to use an external PDF editing program such as Adobe Acrobat to change the text.

Once the changes are made, you can then re-upload the PDF to the same form, and that way your Original Pdf will match the online form.
