Moving One form from one account to another

Hi,

I'd like to move one forms from one Jotform account to another.

1. Currently forms are located at: kgandhi@tndinc.org , this account
2. Form that need to be moved:
3. Remaining Intake Questions, https://form.jotform.com/200924773559060

They should be moved to this account,[ jmurrayoppcommunities ]

As you have requested, the form you linked has now been moved from your account (kmbrgandhi) to the jmurrayoppcommunities account.

Please note that the custom URL of the form that still has the old username will no longer work. To set the custom URL of the form with the new username, please follow the instructions in this guide.

Question about the custom URL-- I tested submission without having changed the custom URL and it seems to be working. Is this what you were referring to or am I overlooking something?

We will be glad to help you with your concern. May we just ask the custom URL you are referring to that you used when you made a test submission, please? Could it be that what you used was still the direct link to the form and not the custom URL that includes an account username?

An example of a custom URL of a form that is under your account would look like this.

https://form.jotform.com/kmbrgandhi/title-of-your-form

If the form with that custom URL is transferred to another account, that custom URL will no longer work.

I don't think we've been using custom URLs to begin with. This is the form that we just transferred:
