Redirect isn't working

    Hi, Jotform!

I am having a problem with the cards and also that Classic Builder. Thanks in advance for your help.

I have a form that includes two groups:

    1) People who want to start a business and

    2) People who already have a business.

If they indicate they want to start a business, they skip over questions to those that match their startup status. When they get to the "email address" question, I want to redirect them to another page on my website, but it's not working.

All submissions that are "no" such as they don't have funding, or aren't interested in our services immediately direct to the last page, "Sorry, it looks like you're not a good fit."

But for some reason, the email question does not immediately redirect to the page on our website.

Can you help? I have tried this in both the Classic and Card builder and it doesn't work in either. But perhaps I am missing something. Thanks!

    Shana

Hello Shana - I apologize for the inconvenience.

I assume you're working on this form: https://www.jotform.com/form/210367188541154

I sent a test submission to it and it seems to be working fine. I got redirected to https://millumination.com/thank-you-strategy-application/ when the email address is filled.

Could you please check again? I cleared your form cache as a precaution.

Hi! Thanks for your response. I appreciate it. 8-)

Unfortunately, the video you sent still shows the wrong solution.

After the email address, and you hit "Next" it's still going to the next card which says, "We're sorry." I would like the email form to go to the redirect page that says "Thank you." Is there a way to do that?

The person who is an eligible candidate with a business needs to go to email form submission ---> directly to redirect thank you page.

The person who is NOT an eligible candidate with a business needs to go to the "We're sorry" card at the end of the form.

So, basically, every person should end up at the last card "We're sorry" OR at the redirect thank you page, but they shouldn't see both. I hope that helps.

One more question for clarification. . .is it NOT possible to branch two different business owner types that end up at different end cards or pages within a form?

The first condition in your form is working as expected. It is redirected the users to the Thank You page when the form is submitted. This condition will not redirect the user to the Thank You page when the next button on the card with the email field is filled.

If you want that the card with the email field is the last page when the user wants to start a business, you need to hide the last page of the form.
