How to know what products the customer ordered

    In my form I am selling short sleeve shirts and long sleeve shirts. I am selling short sleeve polos and long sleeve polos.

    When I receive my submissions the titles I have on the order form don't transfer over so I don't know what people ordered?? It will say 2 t shirts?

    Previously if I printed out the whole submission order form at least i could see what people specifically ordered.

    Now it seems I can't even do that??

    Good day, since you are using individual fields to configure the product options, they will not have a relation. You will need to add header fields in your form:

    You can download the PDF report from your submissions page, and/or attach it to your email notifications.

    Thank you for your response. I'm still not quite clear on what to do.

    I currently need to print out the past 20 submissions so I can fill what everyone ordered.

    Is there a way to add the headings on 20 submissions I have so i know what was ordered?

    Hi jennyfarrel,

    It looks like your PDF is not updated yet. Kindly navigated to your PDF Editor. Afterward, kindly click on the current PDF Document and delete it.

    Then, kindly add a New PDF > New PDF Document.

    The form will be updated with the latest change you made in the form. You will not lose your previous submissions. Instead, it'll automatically generate with the new PDF layout.

    Thank you for your previous assistance.

    I have added the Header Fields into my form and updated my PDF.

    Right now when I go to print out my PDF report it is printing very small in top left corner and I have to print out several pages to see what customers ordered.
