Hello,
My account is set up through my personal email, however I do not want that to show up on the link to the form.
How can I fix?

Hi,
You must be referring to the Recipient Email configured in your form Notification Email
OR the Reply-to-Email in the Autoresponder Email.
You can remove those email address and change/update it with different one.
