1.)           How is the data protected in transit and while at rest?

2.)           What type of encryption is used to protect data at rest?

3.)           Does JotForms have any certifications? (SAS70, SOC1, PCI, ISO, FIPS, SafeHarbor, etc)

4.)           Once an account is deactivated, how is their data destroyed?

5.)           Is any meta data extracted from mydocuments and used with any 3rd parties?

Hello. Thank you for posting your inquiries here on our forum.

I am not really qualified to answer those as I am not familiar with the core implementation of JotForm from the backend. You should ask and email our higher management(support@interlogy.com). They are more than qualified to answer those questions.

    Regards
