How do I send form to clients automatically before each appointment?

Hi there,

I have the square Point of Sales system with their appointment booking system. I have created a couple Jotform Forms and I am wondering how to make it so the jotform forms are automatically sent out to the client prior to their appointment.

if this is not something I can do, how do I upload the forms to my godaddy website?
