    Hi there,

I would like to create a condition on my form where if one or more of the Appointment Slots is completely filled, the next field "Waitlist" will appear. I don't want the Waitlist field showing all the time.

I have a condition on it right now, but it's not working.

    Thanks for your help!

It's not possible to get the remaining quantity for the appointment planner widget and for that reason, you can't create condition if the quantity is empty or 0.

What you can do is capture the text of the widget using form calculation widget and use that to create a condition.

You may test or clone my sample form here

Hi there! Thank you for your quick response. That’s a great feature, although I don’t think it will work for what I would like to accomplish. I want the waitlist field to only show if one or both of the class option slots are unavailable (for example - if I allowed for 15 slots per class and they filled up so that others could not choose that class option, I would like the waitlist field to pop up then, not just when one or both class options were chosen).

    Thanks for trying to help!

It's not possible to get the remaining quantity or the label of the "None Available" text. You may use a submission counter widget and base your condition on how many submissions you already have, but that will only work if all items are unavailable.

    For example:

    Stock #1 - Quantity is 10

    Stock #2- Quantity is 5

If submission counter widget reaches 15, then show the waiting list.

    Here's the widget link:
