I am having the same error. It gives me unable to load form, form disabled but if I check my forms it says it’s enabled and active

    Hi,

    As per the review, your account got suspended due to word "Cash App" found on your form 203365075534050. Please note that we have an anti-phishing filter that scans all forms, and it marked your emails as SPAM because of the word "Cash App," which is not allowed in a free account.

    For now, we have reactivated your account, and please remove the "Cash App" word and change it to something else to prevent account suspension.

    We also need you to change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.
