Account suspended

Hello. I created a form to send to new clients that asks for their log-in and passwords for the sites I use to work on their behalf. I didn't realize this was against the terms and conditions. I will remove that portion but would still like to use Jotforms. Thanks.

As it is not possible to activate the account before removing the offending field, we will delete the fields on your behalf. However, we will need your permission to do so. Would you allow us to remove the offending fields from your form?
