The description in the row label is not reflecting the current one. How can it be fixed?

In the data of submission table, the description in the row label is not reflecting the current one. Let's say "*Chilled* Cheek Meat" one should be outside skirt actually. How can it be fixed?

Don't do any adjustment is our current table, the data is valuable to us and I am afraid that it will disappear, please just advise how to resolve it.

Rest assured, we do not change your Tables or Form without your explicit permission.

Usually, the field will be updated when an update is made on the form. However, you may consider renaming the column instead.
