Multi-signers on PDF document

    I'd like to set up documents that my employees can access via links I put online (i.e-they go to our employee back office, click on a link that says 'update my DD information' and it takes them to the Jotform I've set up).

    However, on some documents, I'll need to sign them or input information that I won't want the employee's to enter on the form.

    Is there a way to make the document/jotform setup so the employees can fill out the info they need to and then once they click 'submit' it is forwarded to me for me to complete then when I click 'submit' it automatically sends us all a copy of the final document?
