PDF not attached in autoresponder email

Dear JotForm,

I created a pdf from my form using the PDF Editor tool:

Then I set an autoresponder email:

So I am including the created pdf to the autoresponder email (see double red circled parameters).

However when I fill and submit the form I only get the email with the text but not the pdf attached:

Note I have filled the form fully to try as if the form recipient was answering the form. This is not the "Test Email":

Could you remove the autoresponder and add it again?

I have solved the issue on a cloned version of the form by doing so.
