Data on PDF document is not displaying properly

Hi

Trying to get some answers. Now have had to revert to Joist for invoices.

I have tried for about 10 times to make a Pdf invoice for my invoices they just do not save properly they don't show the address after leaving the site and coming back the customer details do not show.

All so 2days ago i asked what you would do about my online shop as it has to many products which has slowed so its nearly unusable. How could i create several category forms but get them to show on 1no form.

Could you check my pdfs have emptied my trash thought the problem was solved I need to have a pdf for my simple invoice which i was happy with, but now its not there anymore. and also i need to have a estimate pdf so i can send please could you check this

Can you please confirm that you are referring to the form titled Worksheet? I have checked submissions on this form, and it looks like there are some deleted submissions.

Can you please try to empty the Trashed submissions, and let us know if the problem is still present:
