Terms and conditions when guests book are not showing on the form

    I have created a jot form for my guests to fill out before they arrive at the property.

    Please can you help me with why the terms and conditions won't show on guests phones. it is just an empty box.

    Hello! It seems that the problem that you're facing is not with the Terms widget; the PDF uploaded in the PDF Embedder widget is not showing up (screenshot attached for your reference).

    Q1) Are you also facing this issue on your mobile phone?

    Q2) If yes, then can you please try a different Internet connection?

    Hello Helen,

    I cloned your form but I was not able to replicate the issue.

    Could you please try connecting your device to a different network as what my colleague has suggested?

    I have enabled others to edit now, I have tried on two different phones and having same problem.

    Hello! I tried your form from a UK IP address using VPN but didn't face this problem.

    Kindly confirm whether or not you're able to view this PDF using two different Internet connections. Accordingly, we'll troubleshoot this issue further.
