Is there a certain plan I would need to buy in order to collect payment through my forms?

Hi,

Is there a certain plan I would need to buy in order to collect payment through my forms? Or does the basic free trial work with payments as well.

Also, how does it work with standard credit card payments. Does jotform take a percentage from each transaction? Do you pay a certain amount for each transaction? Or does all the money that is given (in our case donated, since we are a non-profit) go directly to the organization?

For paypal payments, does all the money go directly to the paypal account or is any amount taken out by jotform?

You don't need a paid plan to receive payments in your form however, we have a limit of 5 payments already for the free plan.

If you want to increase the limit, you would have to upgrade to a paid plan.

We don't take transaction payments.

You would only pay the transaction payment with your selected payment integration.

For example, if you Select PayPal you would only pay the transaction fee in PayPal.

We don't also get any percentage from the payment transaction.

Can you just explain once more please what you mean by this sentence in your answer - "we have a limit of 5 payments already for the free plan" - what do you mean by payments already? Did you mean limit of 5 forms? Is there a limit of the number of payments that can be made by people receiving one of those 5 forms we're entitled to on the free plan?
