my email address is used to sign up for your service

    Someone that wasn't me used my email address to sign up for your service. What should I do?

    It seems you have created a guest account.

    To clarify, do you want to create an account or you don't want to create an account?

    If you want to create an account, you may signup using your email address https://www.jotform.com/signup/

    If you want to delete your guest account, let us know and we will delete it.

    Thank you so much.
    FYI the reason I submitted two support requests is that after submitting I
    got an error message telling me I moved to fast and needed to search the
    FAQs first.
    I searched, didn't find my answer, submitted again, got the same error
    message.
    I just figured I should let you know to help you cut down on your duplicate
    support requests.
    I was out of time this AM, otherwise you would have gotten a third request
    for support.
