To clarify, do you want to create an account or you don't want to create an account?
If you want to create an account, you may signup using your email address https://www.jotform.com/signup/
If you want to delete your guest account, let us know and we will delete it.

FYI the reason I submitted two support requests is that after submitting I
got an error message telling me I moved to fast and needed to search the
FAQs first.
I searched, didn't find my answer, submitted again, got the same error
message.
I just figured I should let you know to help you cut down on your duplicate
support requests.
I was out of time this AM, otherwise you would have gotten a third request
for support.
