Can I create another level of folder for my integration?

I would like my folder integration to go deeper than 2 levels, ie: 1 folder name is the name of the form, the 2nd folder name is a field from the form. I would like to add the new folder created at submission of the form to another form's first folder, then create a folder with the 2nd folders name and then a 3rd level with the student's name folder.

I would like my Student Consent Form Folder to be placed in my Daemen College Sophomore Year Practicum Placement Form, then a folder created in that folder for Student Consent form, then another folder for the student name under the student consent folder.

Are you referring to JotForm Google Drive integration?

Afaik, currently it is not possible. The above mentioned integration creates 2 folders:

1. The folder name will be same as your form name so that you can see all of your files under a single folder for each form. 

2. Individual submission folder names can be customized. So, for example, you may choose to have the "Name" question on your form for that.
