Hi! I would really appreciate some help getting reactivated. I had also changed my password and copy-pasted the same password in and I still got locked out saying it was the wrong password.
I'd love it if I didn't have to rebuild the form that I've sent out!

Please take note that collecting credit card details using regular fields is against our terms of use.
