PDF version not correct

    I have 2 issues with this form:

    In this form, I have a condition that shows the corresponding services depending on the contract type elected.

    It works properly in the online form.


    When the contract is completed, signed and approved, its supposed to send a pdf to me and the client.

    Issue 1 - The pdf is showing all of the various services, and not only the elected ones. Here is the most recent contract pdf that I downloaded. The plan type is "Personal Assistance". The pdf should only show the green section but it shows the details for the other two service package types that were not selected (yellow).

    Issue 2 - I am not reciving the pdf copy in my email. I have to go into the Jotform inbox and download.

    Greetings,

    I cloned the above form and added a test submission data, I can't replicate the issue for the he pdf is showing all of the various services.

    I received the PDF attachment from the notification email

    For now I have cleared your form cache. Kindly select the PDF file name, and on live mode/publish try adding a test submission data.

    You did recreate the issue. I don't want the pdf to show all of the various services in the final copy of the pdf that I and the client receive. The final form should only show the description of the services that corresponds to the type of assistance package selected.     The headers, texts, and images are displayed in the PDF regardless of the condition in the form. What you can do is create multiple PDFs for each service.

    Next, create an autoresponder for each service. Enable the PDF attachment on these autoresponders and select the corresponding PDF.

    Next, set up conditional logic to send the autoresponder based on the chosen service.

    Note that you may need to upgrade your account to paid to create multiple email conditions and email templates.

    Hi,

    After creating multiple PDF documents, you can choose the correct PDF document you want to send in the Advanced Settings of the email alert based on the user's answer.

    I'm so busy with work....... Its taken me too many hours tinkering with these forms to get them right. Its so cumbersome and tedious to figure this out as I'm not an expert on this platform. Is there an way that I can pay to have them my documents set up the way that I want by one of the JotForm experts?
