Good day, I am submitting an application. Through jot form and I cannot preview my pdfs once they have been uploaded. How can this be fixed?

Hi,
I am assuming you are not the owner of the form and you are trying to fill a form created by someone else. The owner of the form set the settings to cause this.
You need to contact the owner of the issue regarding the issue.

Hi,
There is a setting in every account to "Require log-in to view uploaded files". Your file can only be seen by the owner of the form since that setting is checked.
The owner of the form needs to disable that option if they want to allow you to view the uploaded files. This does not affect the file itself.
