    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out.

As the submission redirects to another page, you could customize the Thank you page.

Here is a guide on how to do so: https://www.jotform.com/help/211-setting-up-the-thank-you-page

    Hope this helps.

    Hi there,

This is not what I requested.

I just need to simply have permanent text on my form that can be seen whilst the form is being filled out and still be seen on the form once it has been submitted

At the moment it is visable when filling out the form but disappears once submitted.

    Hello,

As you are redirected to a different page after the submission, this is not possible.

You would have to recreate the box on the Thank You Page as explained above.

    Hope this helps.

    OK thanks,

Is it possible therefore to use your editable PDF form tool to get it to do what I need ?

It's also not possible in fallible PDF since it could be split to several pages due to the default height of the PDF page.

You can achieve what you want by embedding your form into another webpage which already shows the permanent text. this way your text will be on the screen all the time even after submitting the form since the form will work separately within the webpage as an iframe, please check this guide for more details.
