I think my account has been suspended again. All my forms on my Muse website have diappeared

    Also says form disabled did not pass status check.

     

    This has happened twice now. I really like using Jotform and I do not particularly want to use anything else.

    Hi,

     

    Your account has been auto-suspended by our Phishing Detector System, after checking your forms,  I can see that you are using a password field and this is the reason why your account was automaticly suspended, login forms are not permitted because it violates the JotForm terms of use.

    I'm going to re-activate your user account, but I have to ask you to remove this form in order to avoid similar issues at the future
