Unable to access forms.

    hello our forms are not loading and haven't been loading in a week now.

    Hi,

    Are you having issues accessing the forms within the form builder or are your users unable to access the forms?

    Can you provide a screenshot of the error that you are receiving?

    We are having issues reading the forms on the back end. Just comes in blank.

    User can see forms.

    This has been very troublesome.

    Hi,

    Your account appeared to be locked, it should no longer be locked now.

    Can you check if they are working now?
