Configurable list field is not being displayed in submission PDF document.

I have a form that has two sections with a configurable list. When I download form submissions as a PDF the configurable list sections do not appear on the pdf. Is there a way to fix this?

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I would suggest you to please take advantage of our "PDF Editor" to add a new PDF document and delete the existing one. Please check the screenshot below how to add new PDF document and delete the existing one:

When you add a new PDF document, it will always include all the questions you have added in form.
