Hello, I am making sure that my pdfs have loaded to my application and it is telling me whoops when I click to pull them up.

Hi,
You cannot preview the file due to the settings of the user that created the form. The user is most likely preventing users from viewing uploaded files.

“Transaction is refused” after putting in credit card info. Called the bank and it appeared to be no problem there

Could you contact the form owner regarding this issue?
In the first email where the form has been shared with you, it has the form owner's email.
